Hi,

Is there any plans to get the 2D render mode running in Unity?

If not, are you aware of any method to get the CesiumJS version running into Unity?

Thanks, Jake

No, sorry, we currently have no plans to add the 2D mode to any of our game engine integrations. Not to say it will never happen, only that it is not currently planned.

Not really. I suppose you could run a web browser inside Unity, and then run CesiumJS in that web browser. Something like (I haven’t tried it, only looked at it briefly):

> **[GitHub - Voltstro-Studios/UnityWebBrowser: Unity Web Browser (UWB) is a Unity...](https://github.com/Voltstro-Studios/UnityWebBrowser)**
>
> Unity Web Browser (UWB) is a Unity package that allows displaying and interacting with the web from within Unity. - Voltstro-Studios/UnityWebBrowser

That may not give you the Unity integration you’re after, though.

Depending on why you want the 2D mode, perhaps you can get close enough to 2D with a far away camera and a narrow field of view?
