# 3D models & Capturing Reality: Very long time tiling

Hi,  
in these days we are esperiencing problems with dataset produced using Capturing Reality: some assets (3D models) failed publishing procedure and very long time tiling step (i.e. we have a 2.7 GB 3D model uploaded yesterday and still in tiling stucked on 12%).

Any suggestion regarding this?

Daniele,

I’m apologized that no one every replied to this message. Did tiling ever finish? Can you share the asset ID of the tiling job?

We are aware of performance problems with large reality models, but the good news is we have some major improvements to model tiling rolling out later this year (though we don’t have a concrete timeline for these changes yet). So expect some big improvements.
