# AM asset can't download

My asset has been converted, but the download does not proceed. Asset number is 4383776. Need help.

yes!  
Error message is same.  
My data is fbx between about 1gb and 4gb.

Hi,

Yesterday based on a similar thread, we had identified this issue to be a bug in our archiving pipeline. The bug should now have been fixed. Please try to re-toggle your archive and let us know if you see any issues. If you would like us to re-run any archives for you, please provide the asset ids associated with them.
