Article on Cesium and open source encouraging underrepresented minorities

Nice article by Judy Weng of the University of Pennsylvania on how open source projects can foster underrepresented minorities in computer science. She contributed to Cesium as part of Chris Murphy’s CIS399 class and found that it helped her improve her programming and communication skills as she contributed to a significant project, worked with more experienced programmers, and worked as a team with people from different backgrounds.
