# Billboard Label Entity transparency ordering issue

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Cesium community.

I took a look at the sandcastle you provided and it seems what is happening is Z-fighting caused by a general transparency issue in Cesium related to Billboards and Labels. This issue has been reported in the past and we have an issue open to make a fix in the library [Translucency issues with label on top of billboard · Issue #9681 · CesiumGS/cesium · GitHub](https://github.com/CesiumGS/cesium/issues/9681)

Unfortunately we do not know of a workaround at the moment. I added a note about your post to the GitHub issue, feel free to add more info or upvote the issue to help us prioritize the fix.
