# \[cesium-dev\] Problem with panning with Release 1.5-1.6

Because of the standards fiasco between the newer pointer-events and the traditional mouse events, it’s possible that this is a bug on our end that involves us accidentally disabling something or subscribing to the wrong element.

What OS and version of IE are you on (For IE, check the about box for the “Update Version”, I would expect 11.0.15?)
