[cesium-dev] the first level's num of the google map tiles

Hi,

I don’t think I understand the question. Cesium’s internal tiling scheme starts at 0, Google’s starts at 1. So The GoogleEarthImageryProvider adds 1 to the level while building the URL. Are you seeing Cesium start requesting tiles at level 2?
