Hi @melodyhmm12,

What tool did you use to generate your 3D Tiles? We’ve seen this error before with point clouds produced by cesiumlab.

Despite the trademark violation, we are not affiliated with cesiumlab in any way, so it is difficult for us to troubleshoot the output. I suggest tiling your point cloud with [Cesium ion](https://ion.cesium.com/) to see if you have more success.
