Cesium Mesh tiles being cut off by bing maps baselayer

Hi everyone, just looking to see if anyone has advice to fix this clipping issue, I am sure the vertical datum for the mesh is just below that of the baselayer from bing, but is there a way to fix this and set my mesh a bit higher or remove the basemap without just simply leaving the blue layer that fills in? Thanks in advance.

My mesh is the road and the bridge and the green grass and low res trees are the bing basemap, you can see the clipping areas all over.
