Clamped shape files and terrain model synchronisation


Just a quick one; I’m having an issue where I load items to a scene in an asynchronous way, and I struggle to find a way to get a clamped KML / GeoJSON layer to “re-clamp” if a terrain model is loaded or changed later. Is there some automata anywhere in this, or some flag or event to be thrown? Looking at scene. terrainProviderChanged is fine and well, but do I gave to get the ready Promise of the new/changed provider, and then un-clamp / re-clamp all layers, or is there something else that makes sure clamping is contained?
