We have an important customer in the US government who can’t run our application because it’s really slow. Even this sandcastle is 0-1 FPS. We tried debugging on their computer but have had no luck with toggling on and off different Edge browser features dealing with graphics and WebGL. Has anyone ran into this before when working with government?
Some other data points:
Internet speed: 80.7 Mbps down, 216.0 Mbps up, and 76 ms latency.
Graphics card: 128MB Intel(R)UHD Graphics

Processor: Intel(R) Core™ i5-10210U CPU @ 1.60 Ghz 2.11 Ghz
Google Earth and Google Maps with Terrain runs properly.
Hi @moxi, sorry to hear this. Are you able to provide a screenshot of WebGL Report from the problem computer? This could help us narrow down what is different about that machine, and what might be causing the slow down.
Their computer/browser does support WebGL2 - I believe we checked with a different link and able to use the Sandcastle, it’s just super super slow when zooming in/out (0-1 FPS). I am not with the client, but I can ask them to provide a screenshot of the link you sent.
Very strange. Have you tried other browsers besides Edge? (Just curious if they produce different results).
Can you also have them try this sandcastle, where basically everything is turned off? If the FPS there is normal, then turn back on the settings one by one until the FPS drops again. Then we’ll know what the culprit is and can dig in further from there.
