How to give different colors to the path traveled and yet to be traveled by the object in CZML?

Currently the attribute “path” of the CZML file allows me to give single color to the complete path.

Unfortunately this is not possible yet in CZML. One workaround would be to create multiple polylines of different colors, but then you lose the lead/trail capabilities.
