Hi,

Can you please share some information about the source data you are uploading; specifically:

  1. Which software was this data created from?
  2. Are you able to visualize this data in that software?

It is from now discontinued Bentley Itwin Capture Modeler 2024. I can visualise it in software but not sure which format it internally uses.
