Is it possible to drag and drop .pdtt files in the cesium viewer? If so, how?
Sorry, Cesium does not support PDTT. Your best bet is to load the original terrain data into an ArcGIS Server and access it using Cesium’s ArcGisImageServerTerrainProvider.
