I just made an account, and added “Melbourne Photogrammetry” to my assets.
I tried to create a clip. Everything is fine, but when I go back to clips at the end, the status is “Error” and I click on “view details” and it says “Please contact support for assistance with this error”.
I tried with “Japan 3D Building Data asset” (2602291) and still the same result.

Sorry to hear that you had trouble with this. You should be able to create clips on the first day when you create an account. Glad to hear it is working for you now.
If anyone else has issues with this, please reach out to support@cesium.com with the clip id that is in error. This will let us look into it further.
