Great to see the road map, which includes improvements to the clipping tools.
It sounds like the initial focus will be clipping the background, terrain.
Please note that it will be critical to enable 3d clipping (sections, plans at any elevation) to enable the user to ‘peel back’ the BIM model. See Bentley’s Hypermodeling, Navisworks, Trimble BIMSight etc etc.
No point loading up the BIM model if the user can not effectively see, find the objects inside the interior of the model. Transparent views will only go so far.
