How to add a height to RasterOverlay?

Hi, When I add a RasterOverlay ,like WMS RasterOverlay , it always stick to the terrain , how add a height between RasterOverlay and CsiumTerrain keep them apart?

Raster overlays are textures. They’re always drawn on the geometry.
