May I know how do I can generate longitude & latitude info from my 3D Tiles data with add it as columns into the data ?

Are you asking how longitude and latitude information can be included as metadata as part of your 3D Tilesets?
It depends on the type of data. For example, if you are using CityGML or KML+COLLADA, latitude and longitude information is automatically added by the tiling pipeline. This is an sandcastle: Cesium Sandcastle.
