Is it possible to determine if las file is in "nez" or "enz" format based on the EPSG in a las?

Hello team,
I have been wondering if we can determine the format of data that is present in a las file using EPSG than las have in it.

considering the one point from las file,
1.23444 2.3455 5.67

enz is same 1.23444 2.3455 5.67
but
enz is 2.3455 1.23444 5.67

we can see first two points are flipped.

Since EPSG determine the CRS for point cloud data, is it possible to determine if the data is in either enz or in nez format ?

Thank you !!.
