As described in the title of this post is this possible? I have several randomly generated tracks and can follow each symbol on click similar to the czml sandcastle demo but is it possible to display a symbols speed and positioning on click also?
There is a work-in-progress on the “balloon” and “kml-balloon” branches. They don’t yet support time-dynamic displays like current velocity, but the long-term (maybe near-term?) plan is to support those kinds of displays.

Is it possible to have more than 1 label for a billboard defined in a czml file then? If so how would I add more labels to billboards that already have the 1.
Currently this isn’t possible, you need to use two objects to have multiple labels. We may change this eventually, but we haven’t figured out a good way to do it yet.
I haven't been able to figure out how to click on vehicles and get details at ALL. Can you tell me how you managed that?
