hi,

I just tried to convert a very simple model (just a single plane), but the online converter fails with "An unknown error occurred."

using "obj2gltf --cesium --input ./plane.obj" from the command line works just fine though.

Hello,

How big is your model? With the online converter we only allow files up to 10MB

Otherwise, would you be able to attach your model to this post so we can take a look at what is causing the error?

Thanks,

Hannah

Great, thanks! I asked Sean to take a look at the problem. He was the one that wrote the obj to gltf converter.

It actually looks like the online converter is down for all files at the moment. We’re working on fixing it now, so we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Thanks!
