our team is working for a real lake project recently,we create a lake primitive and put it on the bottom layer,but the question is that the lake and layer can not coincidence perfectly,especially on 3D from different perspectives

Maybe the digital elevation data used by your terrain provider (maybe CesiumTerrainProvider) has a different creation date of your imageLayer: a lake changes during a year (winter vs summer).
I fear that to coincide the terrain and the image layers is a difficult task because you'll need to modify one layer ( I think it's easier with image layer)
