How did you open the file? Did you double click on the HTML file?

You need to setup a local web server. The quick start guide here might be easier to follow:

Scroll down until you see the 3 steps in the “Quick start”. Make sure you download and install and Nodejs, and that you open the localhost:8080 link to access the app.

yes, i do that … is the three steps for lunix ? i use window what i should do ? thank you for help
