VRTheWorldTerrainProvider does not work in Sandcastle.

It appears that the VT MAK server that hosts VR-TheWorld does not support HTTPS. As a result the terrain data cannot be used from a HTTPS application, such as cesiumjs.org.
It works correctly if accessed from a HTTP application. You could try contacting VT MAK and ask them to enable HTTPS.
