Weird graphical artifacts (black dots) when using labeled entities in combination with webpack

I get the same weird artifacting when using Brave browser.

Brave browser shows show weird black dots artifacts when displaying text. Tested with latest version of Brave, on 3 different computers. All show the same black dots artifacts.
