# Why can't the 3D model be displayed?

Hi,

Are you able to view the asset when you click the _Open complete code example_ from the asset detail view in Ion? That should show you an example of how to load the asset and zoom to it.

In your example above you are zooming to a specific location. It may be possible that the model is not located there.
