3D buildings / tiles in cesium

Hello,

I was wondering is there any tutorials for making 3D buildings / tiles in cesium.

I’ve read the post about 3D Tiles, But have not seen any actual tutorials only some demonstrations with compressed code and no API.

Is there any API written for this or is it ongoing development?
