3ds max to Cesium Ion upload

Hi, I have exported a file from 3ds max to Cesium Ion, but the tiling process becomes stuck at 86%?

Any suggestions of why this happens would be appreciated. Thanks

Great thank you. Are there certain limitations for uploading from 3ds max to Cesium? E.g. poly count.
