Hi Andre - thanks for the initiative. Right now only AGIers have access to the website (which is used for the release) since it contains a bunch of AGI server-side components that, for example, drive the Lots of Satellites demo. In the future, we hope to do some infrastructure and automation improvements so that any Cesium committer can do a release. Will keep everyone posted.
