Bower or npm package?

Hi,

Does cesium have a bower or a npm packge? Having a package in one of
these build systems makes it very easy for developers integrate cesium
with the rest of the dependencies in an app. It looks really easy to
define and register a bower package [1].

Someone recently wrote up a Github issue requesting the same thing : https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/cesium/issues/1210 None of us our familiar with bower, but if enough people are interested we can look into it. Since it integrates directly with Github, this might actually be really easy to do.

I support the request. It would be very useful to have a Bower package of Cesium.
