Cesium.com and Cesium Ion unavailable from Ukraine

Hi gents,

Ive began working with cesium 1.48 and 1.49 but met cesium resources availability issues whyle working from Ukraine.
All requests to Cesium.com and cesium ion resources were met with 403 (The Amazon CloudFront distribution is configured to block access from your country. )

Is there any information why access restricted for Ukraine?

And if there any option to avoid this restriction?
