Cesium Ring?

Hey,
I need to make a ring.
Is it possible? So far I thought I needed to use PolygonHierarchy while having the outer ring with 360 points and inner ring with different set of points.

I've found an older post from 3 years ago, but cesium has changed since then.

Would apprentice code or any suggestions you make have.
