Is there any example available on how to generate vector tiles? I have never seen any esxample of vector tileset or even any video on how the vector tiles work in cesium.

I am referring to a tile set having Vector3DTileContent

I think geojson is quite important but first of all I would be interested in seeing -any- example (even just a youtube video =) ) that renders polylines with line width using Cesium JS VectorTiles.

Tiled thick lines would be very important in many GIS data use cases.
