Error in uploading .kml file

Hello, I am attempting to upload an asset to Cesium Ion account but keep getting message that the file must be .kml/.kmz. and that .kml, .kmz, .czml, and .geojson files must be uploaded individually.

The file I’m trying to upload is a .kml that i created from Google Earth Pro. I haven’t had this issue in the past.

Please advise.

Hey Eric,

Is this dataset composed of 3D buildings, with COLLADA models inside your KMZ?

If you, you need to select “KML/COLLADA (tile as 3D Tiles)” when uploading to Cesium ion. If that doesn’t work, let me know the asset ID and we can investigate from our side.
