Failed to upgrade plan to commercial

I got an error when I tried to upgrade plan to commercial after I put all my information including credit card numbers, home address, etc. There’s no error message explaining the reason. After that I only can see " There is an issue with your account. Please contact support@cesium.com." message on my billing page.

Hey @mdc9001 my husband and I have both tried to upgrade one of our accounts to commercial for a project we have going on for one of our clients and need to get this account or his account upgraded asap. We are getting a message saying failed to update and that you need more information. Could you assist us please ?

@support I am having the same issue on my end ive filled out all the prompted information and tried to pay but it won’t let me upgrade my plan and says to contact support. I need to upgrade asap for a commercial project im working on for a client. Can we get this resolved today ?

Sorry that you are having issues with upgrading. I have notified our sales team who can assist with billing. They will respond to your email requests since it may involve private information.

Just wanted to close the loop on this @DavidR97 it looks like you were able to successfully upgrade on May 27. Please let us know if you are still having trouble with upgrading.
