I have two question.
Firstly, is late application better or worse than earlier application?
Secondly, there are one item in application template:
Have you discussed your plan with the project mentor (contact info on the Ideas List)?
and I don’t know what exactly it should looks like. And mentor of chosed project doesn’t reply to my letters 
btw, I’m interested in Declutter for map labels
