How to get lat long and elevation in photorealistic tile

Hi,

I am newbie to Cesium and working on google photorealistic 3D tile. I want to pick location from there and want to get lat, long and elevation data for that particular pick location.

If it is possible than anyone can help me about that. Thanks in advance

@Erixen_Cruz Should I get height of in photorealistic tile? for example there are 3d terrain and I click on terrace to get height of that terrace is it possible?
