How to stop rotating globe on mouse roller click+drag

Hi All,

Is there any way to stop the globe rotation on the mouse roller(middle button) click+drag?
For instance there are facility to stop the zoom as :- viewer.scene.screenSpaceCameraController.enableZoom = false;
