What is the difference between the PerspectiveFrustrum and PerspectiveOffCenterFrustrum in Cesium?

The are mostly differentiated by the way they are constructed. PerspectiveFrustum is constructed with more traditional options like field-of-view (fov), aspectRation, near plane, and far plane whereas PerspectiveOffCenterFrustrum is defined by the frustum planes themselves (left, right, top, bottom, near, far). A PerspectiveOffCenterFrustrum provides more flexibility.

PerspectiveFrustum uses a PerspectiveOffCenterFrustrum under the hood.
