Source Code for New York City using OSM data

Is there any where we can find the source code for the New York City demo using OSM data? I searched in the group, it seems there is no solution for using OSM data directly in Cesium so far. How can this be achieved in New York City demo? And hint?

The data in the New York demo is converted from OSM to 3D Tiles as an offline step, so the demo is purely loading 3D Tiles. The conversion tools are not open source but we are always looking for data to test as we continue to build them.
