It looks like the globe might be working, it’s just too dark to see because you’re looking at the dark side of the Earth while effectively staring at the sun. As a test, try flipping the Editor to “Unlit” mode.
If it’s not showing up there either, the next thing to do is to check the Output Log and see if there are any messages indicating what might be going wrong.
Finally, you might find it helpful to try the Cesium for Unreal Samples project and see if that works for you. That will help exclude any possible level configuration problems.
