One of my requirements is whether you can use TMS instead of Cesuim 3DTitle, because sometimes there is no terrain data. Our JS development colleagues said that this should be OK, the terrain is the terrain, the image tiles are the image, is I use any questions? Or something else… At present, I found that the cesuim 3Dtitleset component is closed, and the image cannot be displayed.

Raster overlays are draped over a Cesium3DTileset. If you don’t have a tileset, there’s nothing to drape them over.
