Sorry to hear you’re having trouble! It looks like this may be an issue with your firewall settings blocking the HTTP POST request. In this forum thread, a user was having a similar issue and was able to fix it by adding system environment variables for HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY. Can you try that out and let me know if it works?
