Zooming out problems when implementing ImageryProvider

Hi all,

I noticed that requestImage function in ImageryProvider is not called while the globe is zooming out. There is a more detailed discussion in “Lat/lon graticule layers like in WorldWind” post.

Anyone has any idea why?
