I’m using google photorealistic on Cesium and uploading a kml file. I want to show the places inside the polygon and intersecting the surface with dots. How can I do it

I’m not sure i understand exactly what your looking for. Do you have a representative image?

Some buildings in the screenshot are higher than in the kml file. I want to mark these automatically. How can I do that

I’m not sure how exactly you want to mark these. Can you please explain more about the end result you are trying to show?

I want it to show the places I marked in the picture with a marker on the map. How can I add a point or billboard entity?
