Icons on top of polygons

Hi,
I'm working with kml files which include polygons and icons. With the GE plugin it was possible to have the icons on top of the polygons, hence they have been 'clickable'. I don't get this relaised with CESIUM. Icons are always leveled beneath the polygons. I tried to change the order inside the kml file, but it did not help. Any suggestion how I could solve that issue?

Do you have a sample KML that I can take a look at?

You could adding a slight extrusion to the icon points to float them above the polygons a little.
