3DTile Shifting with Origin Change

I have a local 3D tile which appears to be shifting when the origin is changed. This issue does not appear to happen when the CesiumGeoreference is set to “True Origin”. This is apparent when I have an anchored actor and the 3DTileset below it appears to move up or down. The tileset uses boundingVolume boxes and uses a transform to position it in the world. But, the issue was even more evident when using a region boundingVolume.

Appears to be the same issue I’m having, True Origin does appear to remove the jumpiness. See:
