Any "cheap" way to indicate "clickable" objects/labels by changing cursor to "pointer"?

Hello, I found it is difficult for casual users, encountering my CesiumJS scenes in web page, to find that certain objects (labels), when clicked, can open Infobox with relevant information.

Most natural way to indicate such functionality is to “style” the labels to change mouse cursor to “pointer”, when hovering above.

Is it possible?

I found a nine years old advice on this forum, which does not seem to be much elegant.
As this problem has to be quite common, I believe/hope there has to be a better way already?
Any hint would be greatly appreciated
