Are there any tools that can converter geoJson to 3d-tiles?

1. A concise explanation of the problem you're experiencing.

I got a bunch of geoJson dataset (building footprints) from GIS system, and was able to add them to Cesium as geoJson datasource by extruding the entities to buildings. Now I want to convert the geoJson to 3d-tiles in order to improve the performance and other kinds of stuff like LOD. I have searched around by google, and could not find a converter tool or SDK. Could you please give me some guidance?
