(ASAP) The URL of Cesium Stories has been changed and no longer possible to embed in iframe

Hello, I’m Hidenori Watanave, a certified developer of Cesium.

Since the end of the year, the URL of Cesium Stories has been changed so that embedding in iframe is no longer possible.

Old URL: https://cesium.com/***
New URL: https://ion.cesium.com/***

For example:
https://www.yomiuri.co.jp/world/ukraine-reconstruction/bridge-over-irpin-river/

https://japannews.yomiuri.co.jp/world/europe/20221222-78935/

The error message is:

Refused to frame 'https://ion.cesium.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'self' https://*.zscaler.net".

There are two requests.

  1. Please redirect Cesium Stories contents from the old URLs to the new URLs.
  2. Please make it embeddable in iframe. The redirect is not possible because it is set to “frame-ancestors ‘self’” as shown in the error message.

Since they are mass media content, please address this as soon as possible.

Dr. Watanave, I know we spoke offline but just to close the loop for the community, this issue was fixed shortly after it was reported.

We had made some security improvements to how ion was hosted and accidentally locked down Stories a little too much.
